Another Poem "See My Love"

See My Love

You say that I don't know how to love
And that just isn't true
Because love is more than saying
That I love you.

I'm not good at showing
Just how much I care
I just don't know how
To make you aware.

I try to express my love to you
But it is just so hard to do
I enjoy your embracing touch
But only when I want you to.

And I know you think I don't listen to you
But I hear every word it's true
Just because I don't respond right away
Is merely because I don't know what to say.

You tell me that you
Need me to say 'I love you' more
And I'll do what I can to make you
Know you're the only one I adore.

I don't know how to comfort
You when you cry
I will give it my best effort
So just accept that I try.

It is hard for me day by day
To show my love to you
Because I don't know what to do
But most of all I plainly just don't know what to say.
