A Poem by me "The Way I'll Alway Be"

The Way I'll Always Be

Look me in the eye
Well that is hard to do
Especially when I
Have nothing to say to you.

You can talk to me
And I may act like I care
But if you want a response
You might as well be talking at the air.

I know what I want to say
But the words just won't come out
I'm just worried about what they
Will think when I blurt it out.

I explain things the way I do
And my way of thinking may not be familiar to you
I'm sorry if you don't understand
But I express myself the best I can.

Look me in the eyes
That's what you say to me
But that won't help me socialize
And that's the way I'll always be.
